I ordered during their Labor Day promotion online and while it shows as shipped, I've been waiting for 3 weeks with no actual delivery. The shipping company they partner with has horrible reviews that speak for themselves. When I try calling them, it's just constant busy signals. Sealy refuses to cancel since they claim it's already shipped. Their support team keeps telling me it's not their department and to expect a response in 5 to 7 days, but nothing happens. The customer service is unbelievably bad and I haven't even received my mattress to evaluate the product itself. I'm looking at legal action to get my $2200 back. Update: They finally sent an email confirming the cancellation but I'm still waiting for my refund to show up.
