Had my dishwasher serviced on February 20th under my protection plan. They ordered parts that same day, but by March 30th Sears still hasn't located them and couldn't tell me when they would. No one mentioned the manufacturer warranty should have covered this, and they charged me a hundred dollar copay. When I asked about getting that money back, they refused and couldn't even give me a timeline on the parts. This whole experience has been really disappointing.
Booked a technician for the next day and they came out the following morning to repair our washer. Really happy with how fast everything happened and I'd tell others to use them.

The tech here is an excellent professional when it comes to fixing appliances. Unfortunately, getting in touch to book repairs is a nightmare. You almost never get to speak with a real person about your service request, scheduling details, or making any changes to your appointment.
This technician is really skilled at appliance repair. The frustrating part is dealing with scheduling. It's nearly impossible to actually talk to a human being about setting up service, talking through your repair order, handling scheduling changes, or canceling if plans change.
