Ordered a backpack for an upcoming vacation and while I really enjoyed the quality of the fabric, it ended up being larger than what I actually needed. After requesting a return through their system, they gave me options for either store credit or getting my money back. I went with the refund option, but then they hit me with a $14.99 return shipping fee. That's pretty frustrating when most retailers only charge $7.99 or even less. Really disappointed in how they handled this. Won't be shopping with them going forward.
