I quit ordering from them because the whole thing is unacceptable. California is right next door, not overseas, so there's no excuse for these kinds of delays.

This is terrible! I bought shoes that took seventeen days to arrive when they should've come way sooner. Their system shows whether items ship immediately from Los Angeles or take seven to ten business days, but mine said Los Angeles next day delivery. That obviously wasn't accurate. Turns out what happens is items supposedly in stock statewide actually need to be routed from California and Nevada stores back to the LA warehouse first, which causes massive delays. As a customer, I feel like they should be better about this. Their warehouse team should make sure sale items are in Los Angeles before advertising them so people don't get stuck waiting forever for deals. It's lazy business and makes no sense. People shouldn't have to sit around waiting so long.
