I never got a tracking number which made me nervous but when I emailed customer service on Sunday I heard back from Larissa by Monday and told me the package was already on the way. It only took 6 days total to arrive. This is a legitimate company and I'd recommend them.
I bought a crochet braid and used PayPal's 4 payment plan. I was supposed to be charged one payment on July 12 but they charged me twice instead. Pretty disappointed in them for this mistake. I reported the issue to PayPal to see how it gets resolved.
I would give this zero stars if I could. On June 2 I ordered a plum colored wig and it shipped out the next day arriving quickly. When I opened it though, the wig was black and blue, not plum at all. I contacted the company asking about a return or exchange. They approved it and asked for photos. I sent over 20 pictures. I asked for a prepaid return label since this was their mistake but they refused. I paid to ship it back myself on top of what I'd already spent on original shipping. Once it arrived at their warehouse I asked about my refund and they said 5-7 business days. When I followed up they claimed they couldn't process the refund and told me to deal with PayPal instead. I filed a dispute with PayPal and the company offered only $16.79 as a partial refund. The wig with shipping cost me $26.98 and I spent $8.24 on return shipping so their math on $16.79 makes no sense. I've lost time, money on gas and shipping. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
I keep rating this company 5 stars and honestly if I could give them 10 I absolutely would. I really love this company!!!!!!

Ordered and got my package without any problems. I've never had issues using this site. People need to read the website more carefully since it clearly says some items might be out of stock and they'll order them in before shipping. I think that's actually smart because it saves on extra shipping fees. I'm not associated with the company but I do review wigs. My order from May 7 arrived on May 23. Hopefully this helps someone and stay safe out there.
