This company deserves zero stars. They took my payment. There's NO order confirmation email sent. They keep telling me to look up my order number. I only have an Afterpay reference number. REDONE doesn't send order confirmation emails on purpose so you can't track anything. You get trapped with no order number to reference. Not me though. I'm fighting this charge and taking them down. These people are criminals.
Got shipped the wrong item. Messaged them right away with pictures of what I actually received. Got an automated response and then nothing. Sent two more follow-ups and got ignored both times. Now I'm stuck with a t-shirt in the wrong size and nearly two hundred and forty euros wasted. Their support team is absolutely terrible. Won't be going back.
Their customer service is a joke. Received a t-shirt with a manufacturing defect, sent photos and explained the problem, and got bounced around to different people. In the end they claimed there was no defect and refused to swap it out. The prices are ridiculous for such mediocre quality. I totally get what other reviewers are saying now. If you want RE/DONE stuff, buy it somewhere else with actual return policies that they follow through on. Not spending another dime there after my experience.
Just want to warn people not to throw their money away on this company. Bought two pairs of jeans totaling just under five hundred dollars through their site. Wanted to return them same day because the fit and fabric were terrible. Their customer service was even worse. When I asked why my refund amount didn't match what I originally paid, the chat person just sent me a link with zero explanation and barely said anything else. I had to figure out what happened myself. They'd deducted the shipping cost, which is fine, but for such an expensive brand you'd think they'd cover return shipping. If you're into their style, go to Nordstrom or Saks instead. You won't get stuck dealing with their nightmare return system and awful support.
Placed an order for four pairs of jeans on March 29th to be shipped internationally. Haven't seen it shipped yet and it's been a while. Never got any response from their support team about the status. My credit card was charged right away though. This is seriously unprofessional.
Major warning about ordering directly from RE/DONE. My shoes arrived used with scuff marks in the leather and one section was actually ripped. The leather damage had been colored over with white substance to cover it up. Got in touch with customer service and waited two weeks for any reply. They wanted pictures, which I provided, then radio silence for three more weeks. Finally got an email saying no returns or exchanges allowed. When I asked for at least some compensation since the product was defective, they just stopped responding. Their strategy seems to be ignoring you until you give up, which is messed up when you've got a damaged item. The email back and forth felt endless like I was talking to no one. Their online chat is useless too, they say it takes an hour minimum and nobody ever actually replies. I will never order directly from their site again. Stick with proper retailers like Revolve or other major fashion sites where customer service actually works.
