The refund situation was confusing too because it initially showed up as charges on my card rather than credits, even though customer service confirmed they were processing refunds. That was pretty frustrating, but thankfully they converted to actual refunds after a few days. It's weird because I've never dealt with that kind of thing before with other brands. Despite all that headache, these strips are still my favorite go-to option for whitening!
