Everything about this company is poor quality. Paid extra for hotspot service that never worked. Months later bought another one hoping it would be better, and it quit working after 2 days. The customer service reps who handle troubleshooting need to be let go.
Switched away because the service quality wasn't worth the $29 monthly fee, especially with slow data speeds. Found better coverage elsewhere for way less.
Had a really frustrating experience activating my service. When I called to report that my SIM wasn't working properly and I wasn't receiving text messages, the customer service rep was hard to understand and made the interaction uncomfortable. The whole call felt unprofessional and unhelpful.
After 12 hours without service, I finally got through to support after dealing with one of the worst automated systems imaginable. This isn't just a bad company, it's operating like a scam. The phone menus are designed to trap you and customer service is impossible to reach. You can't get help and when you do reach someone, your calls go nowhere. The network is unreliable with dropped calls, no data, and SIM cards that shut down without warning. They'll cut off longtime customers for small amounts but when they overcharge you, they disappear. This needs to be shut down.
Been a customer for about a year and keep losing a full day of service every single month when I renew. I can't afford to keep losing paid service days, so I'm leaving when my current term ends.
The network coverage and data speeds are absolutely terrible. Can't even reach customer service by phone without waiting forever. The signal is so bad you can't rely on it in emergencies. To make matters worse, they overcharge randomly without permission. Canceling both my wife's account and mine to go elsewhere.
