Was told my new phone is locked and I have to keep service for 60 days before I can unlock it. Why is a phone I paid for in full locked? Don't see any good reviews for this company at all.
Got double charged on my card without any explanation. The charges didn't even apply to my account balance. When I called to complain, they admitted seeing the charges and said they'd refund me, but the money never came back. I had to dispute it with my bank to actually get my money back.
My hotspot got hacked and when I tried to report it, customer service couldn't help because there's no real security team. The support is outsourced and basically useless. Threw the hotspot away and I'm done with this company.
My number got deactivated without any notice from the company. Now when I try to get a new one, they're telling me I need to buy a brand new SIM card instead of helping me out. Really disappointed with how they handle things.
