After I left my review they stopped responding to me. I spent 140 bucks and have nothing to show for it. Seriously, avoid this company. They send me sales pitches daily even though I've had nothing but problems. After seeing my negative review they sent a replacement but it arrived in the same terrible condition as the first one, old and leaking. I've emailed their support team close to 30 times with everything they asked for including photos and my details, but now they've gone silent. I'm stuck with two broken leaky items and nobody will talk to me about it. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
This place is a complete ripoff and operates like a scam. You can get the same products elsewhere for way less money, still brand new and sealed. Plus their return process is broken. I spent weeks trying to return something but their site kept rejecting my order info and customer service wouldn't help create a return label. I had to try manually multiple times. They have an F rating on BBB for a reason and even changed their company name. At this point it's not even about losing money, it's about how dishonest they operate.
Pricing on certain items is pretty expensive, but I don't have much choice since I need these products for my skincare routine.
