What Shoppers Say About SLEEPON
SLEEPON is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 23 shoppers, with the majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. Recurring complaints center on non-delivery or partial delivery of orders, unresponsive customer support, and significant technical issues with the sleep tracking app and device connectivity. Reviewers report problems syncing to Android phones, inaccurate sleep data collection, and unreliable app functionality that persists even after firmware updates. The few positive ratings suggest some users have had better experiences, but they represent a small minority compared to those experiencing fulfillment and product performance problems.
A smaller group of satisfied customers appear to value the product when it functions properly, but their positive feedback is heavily outweighed by complaints about the company's inability to deliver orders on time, provide responsive customer service, and produce a reliable finished product. Multiple reviewers describe feeling misled by product claims and describe SLEEPON as either a scam or a product still in development rather than a market-ready offering.

Sorted by: Most recentSLEEPON ripped me off. They took my payment and never delivered what I ordered. Been fighting with them since early September, over two months ago. It was supposed to take 2 to 3 business days to process and 5 to 7 days to ship. Nothing arrived after 15 days so I reached out. They apologized and said they'd send it right away. Got part of my order a couple weeks later. Emailed again and they promised more stock would arrive in a few weeks. October came and went with nothing. Hit them up again and they said end of October. By early November I checked their site and the item was still listed as in stock, which didn't match their story. Told them to either send it or give me my money back. They said mid to late November. It's now past that and I've had zero tracking info or shipping notification. I'm convinced they have no intention of sending what I paid for.
Not worth the money. The information it gives you is either wrong or completely made up. Basically a con.
I bought this 190 dollar ring because I wanted to understand my sleep problems and see if I could make improvements based on what it tracked. The product is supposed to be smart and track blood oxygen, heart rate, sleep stages, and breathing through the app. Ran into huge problems right away trying to connect it to my Android phone. When I contacted the company, they told me my firmware was outdated even though it came that way from the factory. Got the new V.3 firmware downloaded and it finally paired with my phone. But then after just two nights of using it, the device died completely. Won't power on, won't record anything, and won't charge.
Couldn't get the app working properly. Sent three emails to the company and got absolutely nothing back. No customer support available and no return address provided either.
Version 2 was solid. The newest version 3 is hit or miss. It syncs maybe half the time and even when it does, there's no data showing up for the night. If I resync it takes three minutes but still shows nothing. Keep updating the firmware and nothing changes. Can't depend on this thing at all. My old version was great so I thought upgrading would be better. Wrong. Version 3 is pointless.
This feels like a product that's not finished yet. After multiple firmware updates and at least one app update, it still can't properly record my full sleep duration. I sleep about 6 hours but it only shows 1 to 2 hours as naps. Had countless back and forth emails with their support team and they just keep saying to try it a few more nights. Also annoying that support responses never have a name, no signature, nothing. You have no idea who's responding or if it's even the same person.
The SLEEPON 3 app works pretty well overall, but I'd love to see them add more advanced features down the road. More detailed breakdowns of your sleep data would be really helpful.
Been using their stuff for years now and was really excited when they came out with the new Go2Sleep model. The updated app is fantastic, especially how it displays all your sleep information. The whole thing looks so much cleaner and better organized compared to what I was using before.
I've gone through plenty of different sleep trackers and they were okay, but nothing really stood out. SLEEPON might honestly be the best overall package I've found. Not only does it track sleep patterns, blood oxygen, and heart rate, but it now checks blood sugar levels too. That's a pretty huge step forward in what these devices can do.
Loved my old Sleepon2, so I jumped at the chance to upgrade to the new version. Big mistake. Both the device and the app are full of bugs. Half the time your sleep recording stops early or doesn't record at all. The blood glucose feature is basically useless. In my first month I only managed to get three readings, and even when you do get a number, the margin of error is so wide the results are meaningless. Stick with version 2 if you've got one.
