I was really looking forward to trying these clogs after seeing them recommended in major food publications as the top choice for chefs. I have to say, I'm pretty confused about how that's even possible because they're incredibly uncomfortable. When I put them on, my toes got crunched at the front, and even though they're supposedly the right size, they fit wrong. Plus they're super wide, so sizing up would make them way too loose. They honestly feel like cheap plastic with zero padding and no real support, basically the same as Crocs but costing a hundred bucks more. I've read plenty of other reviews from people having the identical problem, and some folks claim you can stand in them all day like you're on a cloud. Unless clouds have been redefined as hard plastic pain boxes with no arch support, I'm not sure how that's possible. I'm genuinely curious how much those big-name publications were paid to give this shoe such a glowing review.

Bought a pair of slip-on non-slip shoes and they've been nothing but disappointing. There's basically no arch support, which led to my feet cramping up during my shifts. The non-slip feature is pretty weak too - I get decent traction on oily or wet floors, but on dry surfaces I'm basically sliding around. And despite being marketed as slip-ons, I had to untie them to cram my foot through the incredibly tight opening. After wearing them a couple times, the heel collapsed inward and made them painful to put on. They claim these were designed by chefs, so I'd genuinely like to know who, because I'm going to make sure I avoid eating at their restaurants.

Sent my shoes back within two weeks because they didn't fit right. There's no phone number to call, so I provided all the details including my tracking number, order information, address, and delivery date. Still waiting for my refund of one hundred eighty dollars. The company has basically stolen my money at this point. This is unacceptable.

Should have checked the reviews before spending money on two pairs. Luckily I paid the extra seven dollars or so for their return option, so I'm sending them back. The shoes looked nice on the surface but were super stiff right out of the box. Can someone explain why the really rigid tongue was digging into my leg and ankle area? I'm questioning whoever this foot specialist is that supposedly designed them, because they might need to hit the books again.

Ordered through Amazon but they shipped me a size eight instead of the eight and a half I paid for. When I checked the Snibbs website, their inventory shows an eight in stock but the eight and a half is listed as out of stock. I already own an older pair in eight and a half that I've loved for about three years, so it's time for a replacement. Why isn't the eight and a half available? How long do I have to wait for this size to come back? I'm rating this three stars because the product is good, but it needs to be in the right size first.

Worst shoes I've ever owned. They felt comfortable for about three or four weeks, and that's being generous. I only work part-time, around fifteen to twenty hours weekly. A bunch of my coworkers grabbed a pair during a buy one get one promotion and they're all complaining their feet hurt. I went to a local shoe store and picked up some Sketchers with a better deal and way better comfort at a lower price.

Don't buy from this brand. I really wanted to love these shoes so badly that when the first pair didn't work, I bought another size hoping for better luck. Still disappointed, and now I'm stuck with two pairs I can't wear and can't return. With my new job keeping me super busy, I missed the return window on the first pair and never even wore them outside. For the second pair I actually wore them to work for two days, pushing myself to make them work since I had high hopes. Both days I had to take them off before my shift ended. I wear an eight and a half normally, and the reviews warned they run small so I sized up to a nine for the first pair, but they're too big. The second pair in my regular size eight and a half is so tight it feels like my toes are about to burst through. This was expensive for me, and the shoes seemed perfect based on the descriptions. I usually spend about a third of what Snibbs costs on work shoes and they fit perfectly fine. Stick with Dr. Scholl's instead. This company offers terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend them.

The customer service here is outstanding and the shoes are fantastic. I've got multiple pairs and they hold up really well while looking sharp at the same time.

These shoes are terrible quality and don't fit properly - they feel way too loose and cheap. I went through their return process and discovered they're charging me thirteen dollars just to ship them back, plus they won't refund the tax I paid. It's a complete waste of money and honestly a ripoff. Save yourself the headache and don't even bother trying these.

Initially these looked like they would be perfect, but unfortunately they don't match all the hype surrounding them. I bought mine in August and by January they were completely done for. The traction on the soles disappeared and actual holes started showing up after just five months of wear. For the price tag, there's no way these should wear out that quickly. I've been in food service for over twenty years and have owned tons of work shoes, but nothing has ever fallen apart as fast as these did.
