I'm warning everyone to stay away from this company. They cancelled my order and refused to refund me. I contacted them because the website didn't apply my coupon code properly, and I asked if they could cancel so I could place a new order. I reached out immediately but nobody responded, even though the site showed they were online and would be closing soon. I never heard back until the next day when my order had already shipped. When I talked to a rep, they said nothing could be done since it was already in transit. I pressed them about contacting me earlier and eventually got a refund for just the coupon difference through text. But then another agent I emailed actually stopped the delivery and sent it back to me without a full refund. I opened a dispute through my payment processor since I still didn't have my full money back. Now they're trying to get me to close the case, but I've been advised not to until everything is resolved. This company is sketchy and trying to keep my money. I have all the emails to prove their terrible service and I will absolutely post about this everywhere if it doesn't get fixed.

Grabbed a pair in my regular size twelve and they fit great. Lots of room for my toes, which is important since my big toe on my right foot is bent upward from an old fracture. After five years in the military and three decades working, my feet have taken some serious abuse and need quality footwear. These shoes are absolutely fantastic and genuinely the most comfortable pair I've ever owned. Seriously impressed with them.

Got my pair in the mail and within three days I was dealing with knee pain on both sides. When I tried to return them, the company refused to take them back or give me a refund. I'm pretty disappointed because I really liked everything else about the shoes, but this experience has turned me off completely. I rotate between three pairs of Sketchers for work and that rotation system is what keeps my feet pain-free during long shifts. Not everyone's feet work the same way, and it seems like they should be more understanding about returns when something doesn't work for a customer. They really should mention upfront that you need to wear them on carpet with multiple socks before trying to return them. The knee pain was on the outer side of the kneecap, and it was bad enough that I can't recommend these to anyone. Won't be spending any more money here.

This company really knows how to make shopping enjoyable. Their whole brand vibe is cool and fun, and the people helping me out were incredibly responsive.
