I've been a Southern Tide customer for years and always appreciated their veteran discount that used to apply even to sale items. Unfortunately that benefit is gone now. Seems like they only care about honoring military service when everything's full price. Not interested in shopping there anymore.

This company never responds to anything. I bought a dress that didn't fit, sent it back following their instructions, and asked for a different size. The replacement never arrived. I've tried countless times to get someone on the phone at Southern Tide to work out a replacement at no cost, but nobody's there to help. Their customer service is awful and I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

If you're not a tall person, I'd skip their shirts unless you're okay tucking them in. They don't allow customer reviews on their website and a lot of sale items can't be returned. I used to really like their stuff, but I'm confused about why they don't communicate about sizing better. Most of their models seem to be over six feet tall, which makes it hard to know how things will actually fit. I've dropped hundreds of dollars on shirts that don't work for me and can't be returned. It's weird that store purchases fit fine but their online products don't.

If you're in the area, check out the Islamorada Southern Tide store. Jamie and Lee who work there are seriously fantastic. They really put in effort to take care of every single customer. The clothing quality is great and the prices are fair too.

I've had a disappointing experience with this brand overall. The customer service isn't great, communication falls short, and frankly the clothes don't justify the premium pricing. There are plenty of other retailers out there who actually respect their customers and treat them fairly. Put your money somewhere else.

The customer service here is really disappointing. They held onto my refund money even though I sent everything back unused. They wouldn't explain why after I asked multiple times through customer service. For what these items cost, you'd think the products and customer care would both be way better. Neither one is.

Stopped by the Southern Tide location on Duval Street in Key West last week to grab a new shirt. The staff member who helped me, Yolanda, was fantastic. She went out of her way to assist and had such a warm, genuine personality. Really made the whole experience great. Thanks again!

Lisa at the Southern Tide location in Islamorada is fantastic! My husband and I both wear Southern Tide and love it. The level of service Lisa gave me was really outstanding. She tracked down two specific dresses for me, made several calls to different places, and made sure I could get what I wanted. Seriously grateful for her help!

The polos I ordered have nice fabric, look good, and fit well in terms of size. There's just one problem though: the sleeves are way too short. My undershirt shows below the polo sleeves, which looks really bad. For a hundred dollar shirt, I can't even wear them out anywhere.

I had a really positive experience with Southern Tide that I wanted to share. The whole team, particularly staff members Abbie and Chappell, really showed they care about making customers happy. I had problems with a couple items I ordered including a reversible quarter zip and a textured dress. They handled it incredibly well, gave me a store credit as a digital gift card, and sent a replacement dress right away while telling me to keep the damaged one. Chappell even gave me helpful tips on caring for the dress to avoid issues in the future. This experience has definitely kept my family loyal to Southern Tide. The products are solid and the service is outstanding. Definitely recommend them and plan to keep shopping here myself.
