Really let down by South Moon Under. I placed my order about an hour before their sale kicked off, and they point-blank refused to apply the 30% off deal to my purchase, which would have saved me close to $70. Their policy seems way too rigid with zero wiggle room, and the customer service rep was pretty dismissive and rude about the whole thing. Felt like they just didn't care about keeping my business. Not coming back here, and I'm definitely telling people about this experience. If you're looking for a store that actually treats customers right, you might want to look elsewhere because these guys don't seem interested.

Just wanted to share that I'm really happy with my South Moon Under purchase! I'm always hunting for good deals when I shop, and I found a Free People Bunny Sweater on their site. Hadn't shopped with them before, but I saw they have stores across the country so they seemed trustworthy. The price was the best I could find anywhere else. Placed my order and got exactly what I was expecting at a fantastic price point. Shipping ran about 8 to 9 dollars, which I factored into the total, and it still beat out buying it at regular retail prices. I'm a satisfied customer and would shop here again!

Got my order super fast and it came in perfect condition! I ended up giving it to someone as a present, and sadly it broke right away because of a manufacturer issue. The team jumped on it though and processed my refund without any hassle. Really impressed with how they handled everything. Definitely planning to shop with them again!
