What Shoppers Say About spartina449.com
Spartina449.com has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with the most consistent complaint centering on poor material quality and durability. Multiple reviewers report that bag handles and trim deteriorate quickly, peel, or separate at seams within weeks to months of purchase, despite premium price points. Additional frustrations include misleading product photography, strict and costly return policies (including undisclosed restocking fees), unresponsive customer service, and an unwillingness to honor warranties or process returns outside narrow timeframes.
While shoppers acknowledge that the designs and aesthetic appeal of the bags are attractive, the disconnect between the visual appeal and actual product longevity has driven negative ratings. The combination of high prices, material defects, and poor post-purchase support has left reviewers feeling that the brand no longer stands behind its products or prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentI originally found this brand at another department store several years ago, but they've stopped carrying it there. Now I understand why. I ordered an amazonite necklace and earrings plus two other earring sets and regret the purchase entirely. The amazonite earrings are low quality and made overseas. There's no useful information about the necklace. I'm really disappointed and won't waste more money on this brand.
It's been two weeks since I ordered suitcases and still don't have them. I made a mistake and had them sent to my home out of state, so I called right away asking them to redirect to my primary address. They charged me a FedEx rerouting fee but then didn't actually do it and delivered to the wrong location anyway. I called again and they said they'd arrange a pickup but that didn't happen either. The customer service team responds slowly and when they say they've taken action, nothing happens. Each person has their own email, so requests just pile up unanswered when someone is away. I love the actual products but will stick to buying from retailers going forward. The direct customer service is terrible and I'm about ready to dispute this charge with my credit card company.
I do like their clothes and accessories, but the return process is frustrating and customer service needs work. When I sent back two items with their label in the original box, I heard nothing for two weeks. When I followed up, they said they had no record of my return and asked for tracking info. I used their label so I had to hunt down the FedEx number from an old text. Their tracking showed the return arrived weeks earlier. After I sent proof of delivery, they finally said it was in the system and promised to process the refund. No apology, no explanation, and I never got confirmation the credit went through. It made me question whether I should even shop here anymore.
I really do enjoy their clothing selections, although the prices are on the higher end. I wish they'd consider free shipping at lower order amounts since you need to spend at least $150 for that perk. Also, exchanges would be nice instead of having to return and order again separately. That said, the craftsmanship is solid. The key is measuring yourself correctly because sizing varies quite a bit across their lines. At 123 pounds and 5'6", I wear a large in some of their dresses but a small in their pants, so their size charts are essential.
I'm obsessed with what they offer here. The quality of the fabrics feels amazing and the designs never go out of style. Everything is put together really well and looks fantastic. They also make it super easy to put together coordinated looks by carrying their accessories with your outfits.
