Never experienced worse customer service. They won't honor their warranty. I bought a Speck case through AT&T and the thing fell apart in two spots. Bought it in April 2025. Tried following their online process twice with no answer. Attempted calling and couldn't reach anyone. This has been the absolute worst customer experience ever.
Got an iPhone case that works as intended. It's tough and protects well, though I noticed some yellowing on the clear case after a while. The case grips the phone securely even when dropped from a decent height, so the phone stays put. One downside is that scratches show up pretty quickly, making it look worn after regular use.
They advertised the case as fitting the new MacBook Air, but it doesn't. They make you pay for return shipping too. When I tried getting help, the customer service reps were cold and unwelcoming. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from here.

Worst company to deal with. I filed a warranty claim on a 90-day-old case and they rejected it. Apparently buttons being difficult to press doesn't count as a defect. Their response said the hard-to-press buttons aren't considered damage for warranty purposes, so my claim was denied.
This company has terrible service and you shouldn't buy from them. I ordered a phone case and when it arrived, the color was completely different from the photos online. Worse than that, the case is made from some slippery plastic that doesn't grip well and slides right off your hands. Put it down on any surface and it just rolls off and falls constantly. I decided to return it the same day I received it and called their support line. They said they'd email a return label, but nothing ever came. Instead I got an email saying they don't have return labels available. I called back to ask how I'm supposed to return it without a label, and they just told me to go to the post office myself. They never told me what address to send it to or what the process was. I'm really disappointed in how this company treats customers. Their service is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Used this iPhone 15 Pro case and it failed immediately. The phone slipped off a bathroom counter from under 3 feet and hit the floor on the top edge. The screen now has a hairline chip across the top that's 3/4 inch long from the corner. This is the worst phone protector I've ever purchased and I'm never buying from this brand again.
