Ordered a planter listed as new condition from Step2 through Amazon, but what arrived was clearly used with visible damage and wear marks throughout. When I contacted customer service to address the issue, I spent over half an hour waiting on hold without anyone picking up. The whole experience was frustrating - first receiving damaged merchandise when I paid for new, then being completely ignored when trying to resolve it. Really disappointed with how this was handled. Would not buy from them again.
