Once I got it and pulled out all the protective wrapping, I discovered the interior lining was completely loose and everything inside gets all twisted up. Not buying from them again. Really disappointed with this one.

Been on hold trying to reach someone for hours now. Put my contact info in everywhere it asked and still haven't heard from anybody. All I need is a return label. I thought I ordered the mini size but got something different instead, and the stuff inside is perfect, still in the box. No packing slip or return instructions came with it. Their phone system just bounces you around to call other retailers or stay on hold, then loops back to tell you to call elsewhere. I ordered from them before and thought they were reliable, but this is a nightmare. I'm not giving up though. I'm returning this and getting my refund, and if it takes past 30 days that's their problem. I'll track down a number somehow because these people clearly don't know how to run a business. This will be my last order with them.

The style is actually perfect for what I need, great pockets and a phone slot in a practical tote-meets-shoulder bag design. But it's getting tossed.
