Everything showed up and nothing was expired. I was very pleased with how things went and I'll definitely be back.
Got an email about free shipping on a purchase over seventy-nine dollars on January 3rd. I put together an order but the coupon code didn't work. I emailed their customer service (they don't answer phones on weekends) and got the runaround for three days. Eventually they said the coupon had expired. The original email didn't mention any expiration date or restrictions. I'm never spending money there again. Not worth the trouble.
This company doesn't even have a return policy. They ship out expired stuff and leave customers with zero options. It's basically a scam with awful service and nobody cares about helping you.
This place has a seriously toxic work and customer culture. They brush off complaints instead of escalating them properly, and employees protect each other while dodging any real complaint process. My experience was dismissive and unprofessional. I bought a Wild Maine Blueberry Jam that spoiled after only a month. When they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, I specifically said replacement. But they sent a refund instead, showing they care more about their bottom line than actually fixing things the way customers ask. Think twice before buying here. I sent them a picture showing their product shoved behind one of those big displays at the supermarket. The store brushed me off. Stonewall's reply was basically 'we don't handle that' and told me to deal with the store. Not buying from them again!
I bought 5 bottles of their mixer and used 4 of them. Recently found the 5th one in the back of my closet and it had already expired. I reached out and was basically told they don't replace expired products. The owners wouldn't make an exception. These items cost good money and I wanted to support them, but this isn't the service level I'd expect. Pretty frustrating.
I buy the sriracha aioli pretty much every week and it's been solid. But lately the jars are coming with defective lids that won't tighten right. At nine bucks a jar it's really annoying when the lid doesn't seal properly. I really hope they fix this because it's one of my go-to foods!
Got the hostess basket and the spicy ultimate bar mix tasted stale and had weird flavors that were off. The crackers included didn't have much flavor either. For whatever that cost, it definitely wasn't worth it.
Very disappointing service. I ordered three bottles of Napa Valley olive oil and one broke during shipping. I called customer service right away and was promised a credit to my card. That was December 2024. By late January with still no credit showing up, I sent an email with my order details. Got no response and the credit never showed. I'm taking my business somewhere else going forward.
I gotta say, this stuff is seriously good. Picked up some Black Bean Salsa and Spicy Corn Relish to give them a shot. I admit I left them on the shelf in my pantry for just over a year before trying them. But wow, this is delicious! The corn relish is solid but that black bean salsa is incredible! I mixed it with some homemade cowboy candy out of curiosity and it bumped the whole thing up like ten times better!
