Quick delivery, tons of options to choose from, and the items are really well made. I also appreciated the restock alerts they offer. The shipping cost was pretty steep, though I figured that made sense given they're a smaller operation and things had to travel quite a distance. One thing that could use improvement is how they pack things. Better protection against moisture would've been nice. Everything arrived okay for me, but I can imagine moisture could become a real problem for someone else.

Bought stuffed animals as Christmas gifts and was disappointed with how small they actually were compared to the asking price.
