Stay away from ordering here. Wish I had looked into their reputation before placing my order. I bought something in late March and got charged right away, but the item never went out. I've tried getting a refund multiple times through email and even social media but keep getting the silent treatment. There's no phone line to call, just an email address that rarely gets answered. Looks like I'm out $135 with no way to fix it. Learn from my mistake. This company gives indie brands a terrible reputation.

Update as of mid-April: It's been a full month since I placed my order on March 9 and still zero shipping confirmation, even though they charged my account on March 10. This goes against standard credit card practices about charging at shipment time. I'm tempted to ask if they know about FTC shipping rules requiring timely delivery within their estimate or within 30 days if no estimate is given, but I don't want them canceling my order. This kind of behavior destroys trust and I don't see how the brand recovers from it. Original review: Placed an order on March 9 that got confirmed. Around March 25 I checked in and got told that orders typically take up to 14 days (but we were past that). By April 1 still nothing, no shipment email for my March 9 order even though I'd sent several status inquiries. This is a terrible way to handle repeat customers like me. Will this order ever get sent out? Something is clearly broken.

Ordered late September, it's now late October, and nothing has shipped yet. Reached out to customer service twice already. They gave me a discount and waived shipping as compensation, but I didn't ask for that. What I wanted was for them to actually send me my swimsuit or let me cancel. They're insisting the order is complete but claiming they're having delivery logistics issues. Regardless, they won't see my business again and my bank is reversing the transaction.

I ordered near the end of September and it's now late October with no shipment yet. I've contacted their support team twice. They offered free shipping plus $20 off as an apology, but that's not what I wanted. I actually wanted them to ship my swimwear or cancel the order. They keep saying it's fulfilled but have shipping complications. Either way, they've lost a loyal customer and I've had my bank reverse the charge.

Not a good experience at all. I placed an order on October 5th and it still hadn't shipped 11 days later. I'd never buy from this place again. The only way to reach customer service is email, and they take forever to respond plus they're not even helpful. I asked for a full refund as I'm entitled to and I'm not optimistic they'll actually do it.

The swimsuit took ages to arrive. Even though I was charged already through a payment plan, I kept quiet. Assumed it was coming from abroad. When it finally showed up I wasn't satisfied. It looked like it had already been worn and the fabric had pulls, especially around the left cup area. The workmanship is sloppy. Customer service isn't good. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Still waiting for my swimsuits that I ordered for a trip. I've reached out three separate times with no reply. I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company and stop payment since they won't communicate with me.

Terrible shopping experience overall. Dropped $175 CAD on a swimsuit based on reviews, then discovered they only showcase positive feedback on their actual site. The quality is really poor, super thin construction and the price is way too high. The fit is bad too, zero support and way too skimpy. I measured carefully and read tons of reviews but it still ended up too snug. Also I'm in Canada and lost $60 on return shipping and customs fees which weren't made clear upfront. If you're outside the US, I'd seriously advise against this. The exchange rate is brutal and if anything's wrong with your order or the quality doesn't match the price tag, you're taking a huge financial loss.
