My concerns have gone completely unanswered. When I asked stuff before buying, I'd get quick responses within a few hours (three times in fact). Now I'm hoping they refund my $400. Update: After I went straight to the CEO, I got my money back right away. She was really apologetic and nice about it. However my original questions still haven't been addressed which isn't really her fault. After getting ignored repeatedly and having no one answer my concerns, I told her I couldn't continue working with the company. The service I received was sloppy and careless, and then they just went back to ignoring me anyway.

The manufacturing on one of my two suits wasn't up to par. It had no support padding at the chest and was made of really thin fabric. For almost $100 I expected something better. The other one had good support but the sizing was completely off so I sent it back. Still waiting to hear if my refund will go through but I'm hoping it comes soon. Will update once the refund is processed.
