This company has low grade items and a really restrictive return policy plus bad customer service. Skip them! I've bought two things and both had problems, and one looked completely different from the website photos. When I tried to return things I couldn't and had to take store credit for a replacement that was just as bad. This would've been nice to know beforehand so I could've avoided this whole mess. I'm sharing this so other people don't have the same experience.

Their policies are ridiculous. They won't let you modify or cancel an order immediately after you place it. Your order just sits in their warehouse while they email you saying they can't do anything about it and tell you to handle it as an exchange when it eventually arrives.

Looking cute doesn't make up for how difficult they are to deal with. Getting ahold of anyone there was nearly impossible. I couldn't even complete a simple size exchange for something I'd bought.

I wanted to check out the brand since they offer some really cool styles you don't see elsewhere. I used their sizing guide even though it was my first order, and I went down a size as suggested, but the swimsuit was much too big and lacked any real support. Unfortunately international orders can't be exchanged so returning and paying for shipping was my only route (though I was aware of their policy beforehand). The return process was surprisingly fast and my money came back after they got my package. The suit did match the pictures though and the material quality seemed good, but I think I'll go back to brands I can shop locally. Their sizes are all over the place and paying that much for shipping isn't worth it if you're unsure about the fit.

Decided to test out the brand since they have design styles I haven't spotted anywhere else. I went by their size guide for my first purchase and even downsized like they suggested, but the suit was way too big and didn't have enough support. They only do exchanges within the US so returning it was my only option, and I had to eat the shipping cost (I knew that going in though). Delivery was pretty quick and they sent my refund once they got the package. I'll say this though, the swimsuit did look exactly like the photos and the material felt quality, but I'm probably going to stick with domestic brands from now on. Their sizing is inconsistent and I don't want to risk that much on international shipping costs if the fit isn't going to work.

Everything I've had to do with Summersalt has been great. I really only leave reviews for experiences that are either exceptionally good or bad, and this is definitely exceptional in the good way. I was surprised to see all those negative reviews, could be they've worked things out. The staff was super helpful in getting me the right size and absolutely fantastic when I had a couple of shipping issues (they answered quick and went the extra mile even though the shipping company was the one messing up). Everything I've bought has been really well made, and the prices are great compared to other premium swim and workout brands. Also they do free returns for folks in the US.
