The person who answered seemed annoyed to hear from a customer. Since their location is about an hour from where my friend lives, I called to check on status after eight business days had passed. The guy told me it was still being worked on. After waiting a few more days, I finally saw a shipping notification. I called back asking for timing and got told it shouldn't take long since the destination was nearby. Then several more days went by. I tracked the package and watched it go from their store to the postal service, then somehow end up over a thousand miles away in another state entirely. I called again since we're now three weeks in, and when I asked about tracking it, the response made me question whether they even cared about getting this right.
My order never arrived. I tried reaching out to the company by phone and email multiple times but haven't heard back from anyone about my missing package.
