UPDATE: My package finally showed up. Barely any communication before the day it was scheduled to arrive, and the tracking label showed zero info the whole time. I ordered back in early December and got an email saying it was shipped, but the tracking page had nothing for weeks with no updates. For a 200 dollar purchase meant as Christmas gifts, this lack of info was really frustrating and disappointing. I never got a status update and now it's too late to get backup presents. Really let down by how they handled this.

My order has been stuck in delayed shipping for several days while the courier waits to pick it up. When I asked to cancel since it hadn't left their warehouse, they said it was too late. This company gets their inventory shipped in from overseas. Save yourself the hassle and look for brands making stuff stateside. I've read tons of bad feedback here about their customer service and ended up disputing the charge with my credit card since nothing got resolved.

These trunks didn't match the claims in the marketing. They fit awkwardly and don't give proper support when working out. They get damp and feel uncomfortable really fast. Not going to use them anymore.
