When we got to TGI Fridays in Birmingham, they explained where to sit and gave us a quick briefing about their new setup and how busy things have been since reopening. We were seated right away and a server came over almost immediately to take our drink order. Drinks took a bit but that made sense since they'd warned us things were hectic and you could definitely see how packed they were. Food came out pretty quickly after we ordered. I had a chicken dish that was absolutely amazing, and everyone at our table raved about their meals. Since it was one of our friends' birthdays, they even brought out a cake and card, which was a nice touch. Our server was really pleasant and made great conversation with us. Overall it was a really enjoyable and delicious evening. Thanks TGI Fridays!

This was my first dining experience after lockdown and I brought my dad who's in his 80s and hadn't seen me since early March. We waited a week for things to settle down and went at our usual lunch hour. The team at Bluewater really took care of us, giving us a larger table so we could maintain some distance. We got our regular meals and everything was prepared perfectly while keeping safety in mind. Our server Amelia C was friendly and respectful about social distancing when clearing plates and keeping our drinks filled. She also handled an extra request we had without any fuss. It was the perfect way to get back into eating out. Really appreciate it.
