These iPhone cases only work with Apple chargers. Third-party options from brands like Anker and AT&T won't fit properly. When I complained about this, the company refused to give me a refund and won't even mention this incompatibility in their product details online.

Zero stars if I could. Grabbed a phone case from them thinking I'd get something sleek and tough. It looked decent at first, but after a week it fell apart. Scratches everywhere, marks all over, looked horrible. The fake leather coating just peeled right off wherever it touched anything. The whole thing looks ancient like I've had it for years. Honestly cheap and overpriced for what you get. Completely useless. Then I tried calling their customer service and got nowhere. They didn't even try to help or offer anything to make it right. Super frustrating to drop money on garbage that doesn't work and has zero support behind it. I won't shop there again and I'm making sure others know what to expect. Skip this company unless you enjoy buying junk products at premium prices.

I've been ordering from this company for years and their stuff has always been really well made. My last bag had a defect and after seeing some of the rough reviews on here I wasn't hopeful. I sent an email with pictures and my receipt and was shocked at how fast and helpful they responded. Isabella really came through for me, was super nice to work with, and they gave me a credit for the bad item. I was genuinely amazed at how they handled it and I'll definitely keep shopping with them.

Can't recommend this. The website doesn't clearly explain things, the personalization doesn't hold up well, and getting help from customer service is a hassle.

I've been a loyal customer for years, but my experience with their team was disappointing. The zipper on my product broke after barely being used, so I sent photos and asked if they'd replace it since I didn't have the receipt (it was a gift). Instead of helping a longtime buyer, they accused me of causing wear and tear. I provided more pictures showing the rest of the item was in great shape and asked if they wanted their quality control team to review it, but their response was rude and unhelpful. The quality of their newer products has gone downhill too. I won't be ordering again and can't recommend spending money here. It's sad to see how they treat regular customers now.

I bought a camera bag that was supposed to fit the Nikon Z fc model perfectly. Wrong. The bag is undersized and the camera doesn't sit right inside. You can jam it closed but then the bag gets all puffy and it's a pain to get the camera in and out. Nothing like the photos on their site. I messaged the company about it and basically got told that since lots of people bought it and nobody else complained, there's nothing they can do. That makes no sense since maybe others bought it for different camera models. And yes, I was using the exact setup shown on their website. Completely unacceptable. Plus the embossed design looks cheap, the camera strap is too thick and way too long so it bounces around and hurts your neck. The whole thing didn't work for what it was meant to do. This was pricey and definitely my last purchase from them.

Really happy with my saffiano leather case for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The quality is excellent and you get nice color choices with personalization options. Their customer service team went above and beyond, especially KoKo who fixed my problem fast and gave a great solution. Shipping was lightning quick even to where I am in Sydney. No complaints whatsoever. I've already told family and friends to check them out.

I'd give zero stars if possible. I ordered what was advertised as a leather phone case and within just three days, the corners at the bottom began chipping and peeling off. When I reached out to the company, they blamed me and peppered me with endless questions. I'm still waiting to hear back about what they'll do to fix this. I won't be shopping there again after such a terrible and unprofessional experience.

I see lots of complaints about this company popping up, but when I ordered the Pale Pink Cardholder Keychain I had a great experience. Got it four days after ordering on a weekend, which is pretty speedy considering everything going on. It was even shipped all the way to Singapore. The product is from China and I'm totally okay with that. The craftsmanship is solid and the personalization looks beautiful. Really pleased with my purchase.

This product is poor quality and their return and warranty situation is bad. My phone case started falling apart after just one month of normal use. They won't help with any damage issues. If you want them to look at a problem, you have to ship it to them first so they can decide if they might try fixing it. Pretty rough all around.
