I spent over two weeks trying to call and email back and forth and couldn't get a single person to talk to. Don't throw your money away here because if something's wrong with what you get, you won't get any assistance.
After years as a regular customer, I'm really let down. My last order came up short a shirt. I've tried reaching out multiple times through email and their phone line with no luck getting a response. This experience has really turned me off from shopping with them going forward.
I've been a customer since the beginning and rarely complained through the years. But after my last four orders totaling over a thousand dollars, I have to say they deserve way worse than five stars. Quality used to mean something here, even after moving away from US manufacturing. But lately everything has been terrible. My wife and I normally wear medium to large sizes, which is what I ordered. She ended up with all my shirts because hers were too small, so she gave her extras away. On the next order I sized up to extra large for her and three XL for me. Same problem happened. Out of ten shirts I could actually wear three, the rest became sleepwear for her. I asked them to delete my account because I'm done shopping there permanently and got absolutely no response. If you want decent quality products, look elsewhere. These are substandard and their support team simply doesn't care.
About half the shirts I've bought from The Mountain in recent years have had prints that start coming off after just three months. I have one that's held up decently after about a year. But I found some of their old stuff from twenty years ago at a thrift store and bought them cheap. Those prints lasted way longer and were much more vibrant. They clearly changed their printing process because the vintage ones from back then stayed good for twenty to thirty years.
Ordered a youth large and received an adult large instead. Called and emailed every number I could find. Nobody picks up the phone or answers emails except with automated responses. They used to have actual stores in malls, you could walk in and talk to people. Now it's a nightmare. They can't follow simple sizing instructions and apparently can't understand pictures either since my order even had a photo of a girl wearing the shirt I wanted. Years ago I got a raccoon face shirt from them for my niece and she loved it, no problems. Today you can't get anything right. This ruined my Christmas plans with my favorite niece and I'm stuck trying to find something for her elsewhere. I'd rather not complain too much, but this really let me down.
Placed an order hoping to get it before the holidays and after the initial order confirmation email, nothing. The description said seven to ten days, but when I checked my account days later the order wasn't even showing there. Sent an email to customer service with no reply, but somehow the package did ship. Expected delivery isn't until much later than promised. Really frustrated with how this was handled.
Fast delivery is what you get here. The animal designs on their t-shirts and hoodies are incredibly lifelike, so detailed that they practically seem ready to jump right off the fabric.
Where did this company go wrong? It used to be so reliable. The quality has dropped significantly. Very frustrated with how things have changed.

Haven't ordered from them in a couple years and clearly things have gotten worse. I bought my first shirt from them way back in 1992 and it was the best I ever owned. I held onto it for decades until I lost it in a house fire in 2019. Wanting to replace what was lost, I ordered a ton of merchandise from them again. Total letdown. Shirts started getting holes within months and the prints are flaking away. Really sad to see such a great company decline like this.
