Honestly, this has to be the worst hotel experience I've had by far. The rooms are nothing like what appears on their website. I stayed here and it felt like a run-down motel, not a proper hotel. The rooms aren't even clean. Your best bet is to spend as little time as possible in your actual room. Book this place and you're setting yourself up for trouble. I'm not exaggerating when I say the rooms are comparable to the cheapest budget motels out there. Skip this place entirely. If you read this review and still decide to book, you'll quickly realize what a mistake you made and wish you'd just kept looking at other options.

Starting with the parking garage and security issues, then moving to the actual buffet experience. The parking structure attracts some sketchy individuals and foot traffic, with minimal security presence throughout. If you're disabled, traveling with a stroller, or using a mobility device, you'll need to exit to the outside area and re-enter through the casino rather than taking the convenient escalator route available to other guests. As for Crafts Buffet itself, I was really disappointed. The dishes shown in their online photos don't match what's actually on the line. For the price they charge, the cold and poorly prepared meals just don't justify the cost. On the positive side, the serving staff members were genuinely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, when you're paying for a buffet, the quality of the food is what matters most, and this one falls short.
