About a year in, one of the bands cracked and I reached out to the company multiple times asking about their advertised lifetime warranty. They never bothered getting back to me on any of my attempts to contact them. I also tried posting a detailed but negative review on their site, only to discover they screen reviews before putting them up and mine never went live. It seems like they do this with all critical feedback. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. The quality of these rings isn't worth the money.
Ordered a pair of rings for our wedding and ran into serious problems. They delivered just one ring initially, then claimed the other size was unavailable. Their solution was to have me pick a different style and mail back what I received. I did exactly that, but after that things fell apart. Week after week they kept saying it was coming soon, and eventually they just stopped responding to me at all.
