Tony Bianco Shoes Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Tony Bianco Shoes
Tony Bianco Shoes receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with a 1.1 rating based on 17 reviews. The primary complaints center on product durability issues, with multiple reviewers reporting that shoes develop scuffs, wear, or structural damage (such as heel caps detaching) after minimal wear. Customers express particular frustration with the company's customer service approach, noting that the brand refuses to take responsibility for defects and instead directs customers to pay for their own repairs at third-party shoe repair shops. Reviewers also cite unresponsiveness to inquiries and describe the overall experience as unprofessional and careless.
No reviewers reported positive experiences with the brand. Customers describe the shoes as overpriced relative to their actual quality and durability, and recommend potential buyers seek alternatives. The consistency of complaints across multiple reviews suggests systemic issues with both product construction and customer service policies rather than isolated incidents.

Sorted by: Most recentBought the Gloria Vintage for $219 and wore them just 4 times before they started looking all scuffed up and cheap. When I emailed to complain, they said I'd need to pay to get them repaired myself. They even told me the scuffs happen from high impact activities, apparently just regular walking counts as that now. Skip this brand entirely.
The heel caps on these shoes came right off after just a couple of weeks of wearing them. This is actually the second pair from Tony Bianco where this has happened to me. When I tried contacting their customer service about it, they basically just told me to take them to a shoe repair shop myself and pay for the fix. Not cool.
Trust me on this one - don't order from them. The shoes are made cheap and fall apart when you try to actually wear them. The customer service is awful too. They push out discounted items that look worn and refuse to take them back. The whole operation seems careless and unprofessional. Find somewhere else to spend your money.
The customer service is offensive, handled by unprofessional people who clearly don't know anything about what they're selling or how to treat customers. The products themselves are mediocre quality and way overpriced. I'd never do business with them again and think anyone who cares about quality should look elsewhere.
The customer service here is absolutely terrible. They wouldn't even help me with a shipping label and I've sent several emails with zero replies. I won't be ordering from Tony Bianco ever again.
Really let down by this purchase. The quality of the shoes is way below what you'd expect, and getting customer service to actually help you is a nightmare. Their responses take forever and their return process is drawn out and annoying. Wouldn't suggest ordering from here.
Got a pair of boots that were way too big and needed to go back. The company got the return shipment according to tracking but never sent my refund or replied to any of my messages. Those boots cost $340 and the cheap quality wasn't worth all this hassle. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank instead.
The customer service is terrible and I haven't heard back from anyone at the company. I tried canceling my order just 10 minutes after I placed it and they've totally ignored my request.
