Couldn't get any real answers about my order status. They get defensive when you ask about when things are shipping. I'd recommend only buying through Revolve if you must get their shoes, because dealing with customer service directly on their own website is basically pointless. Seems like tons of customers have this problem and they're not interested in fixing it.
Had a terrible time with my order. Placed it back in March and it still hasn't shown up. I've tried reaching out multiple times and haven't gotten a single response. Definitely not worth your money.
Like many others have said, their customer service just doesn't exist. They completely ignore you. I got sent a full-price pair of shoes that was badly damaged with a loose badge hanging off the sole. I emailed to see about getting a replacement or refund, and was hesitant about the shipping cost from overseas. Still waiting for a response and honestly not expecting one. If you want these shoes, buy them from Revolve instead.
Bought shoes online and they showed up damaged. I emailed about it and got absolutely no response, even when I followed up. With a different pair, the heel strap stretched out so badly after a few wears that they turned into basically flip flops. The quality is terrible for the price you're paying.
