I've read that it can take up to 2 weeks, which seems insane when other companies ship way faster. I know they're trying to keep employees safe and I respect that, but 2 weeks for processing is long. It seems like they must have a huge backlog. I've contacted customer service about this before on other orders and all I got back were one-word responses like "processing" or "delayed" with zero actual details about where my stuff was. I even called and found out it was Parcel Force's fault and something about a bank holiday and lockdown at the time. All I wanted was an answer about where my order was.
