Update: I reached out through Facebook and Instagram and got an email from someone in customer service about an hour later. That person was really helpful, actually cared about fixing things, and solved all the problems I was having. Because of that, I'm bumping my rating from 3 to 4 stars. I had these same issues on a couple of different orders, but honestly this team member went above and beyond. Okay, so here's the thing: I love the actual Tory Burch products, but ordering online is such a hassle. An order I placed a week ago still hasn't even been processed. I've read that it can take up to 2 weeks, which seems insane when other companies ship way faster. I know they're trying to keep employees safe and I respect that, but 2 weeks for processing is long. It seems like they must have a huge backlog. I've contacted customer service about this before on other orders and all I got back were one-word responses like "processing" or "delayed" with zero actual details about where my stuff was. I even called and found out it was Parcel Force's fault and something about a bank holiday and lockdown at the time. All I wanted was an answer about where my order was.

Before you order, check out what other customers are saying! At the price point for these items, I expected top-notch service. I get that things are busy right now, but competitors like Michael Kors and Coach are getting orders out in 2 days. Why can't Tory Burch do the same? The people answering the phone don't seem to know much and don't take responsibility when issues come up. I've been given wrong information at least 4 times and my calls never get follow-ups. I placed two orders in mid-July and still nothing. No updates on anything, and after calling multiple times and hearing excuse after excuse, I find out my order coming from overseas hasn't even been processed yet. That's almost a week and a half just to process??? Really disappointed with Tory Burch here. This is exactly how you lose loyal customers.

Ordered 3 items from their UK website. My PayPal payment wasn't processed by them even after 5 working days. When I tried reaching out, I sent 3 emails with no response. Their phone line wasn't even working. Then I messaged them on Facebook and got a response the same day plus an email. By the next day my stuff shipped. Maybe if you're having trouble getting through to their team, try hitting them up on social media, because that's what worked for me. The items I got are great quality and the prices are solid when there's a sale. But I won't be ordering online again because their customer service is basically non-existent.

The GiGi pump shoes arrived earlier than expected, which was fantastic. The packing was really impressive and elegant since I went with their premium gift packaging service. The only downside was that the shoe size wasn't accurate for me personally, so I needed to go down half a size in US measurements (a full UK size down). They couldn't process an exchange at the time, so I had to return the original order and place a new one for the right size. That ended up costing me my 10% discount code. On top of that, their website had trouble accepting my debit card and I had to use PayPal. Besides those minor inconveniences, my overall shopping experience was really great.
