Awful experience with both the customer service and the website itself. Submitting a return through their site doesn't work properly and it took over a week to get any reply from support. That's not acceptable when you're charging premium prices like $300 for shoes and $100 for a basic tee. If they want to compete at that price level, they need customer service to match.

Their website needs serious fixing. I placed an order on Saturday and got one item Monday, but didn't hear until Wednesday that everything else was out of stock. By that point all the other sizes were gone too. They really need to update their inventory system so you know what's actually available before you buy.

Love the running gear, it looks great and performs perfectly. UK shipping is quick and there's no hassle with customs paperwork. I've taken the vests and shorts through half marathons and full marathons and they've been ideal. One downside is the website feels a bit slow, especially the color selection part which makes you cycle back through every color you've viewed. Also the UK store sometimes shows prices in pounds and sometimes randomly switches to dollars.

I ordered cannonball running shirts for a trip and the delivery got delayed so I couldn't bring them. FedEx then claimed delivery even though they never showed up. After filing a case with FedEx and notifying Tracksmith, they finally sent a replacement almost a month later. Now I got the wrong size, women's instead of what I ordered. I emailed about it but no response in two days. They don't have a phone line so email is the only option. I've now been waiting over a month while having paid full price and still don't have the right shorts.
