Would give zero stars if I could, but I'm stuck with one. I was working out near the river when my family had a tragedy, and I needed to drive up north right away. I'd booked the room for seven nights but could only stay three because of the emergency. When I explained the situation at the desk, they didn't take it seriously at all. They did process my deposit return, but they wouldn't refund the four days I wasn't going to use. This place is terrible and the whole team handled it poorly. Skip this hotel.

My experience at the Trident in Jaipur was fantastic. Everything about the hotel impressed me from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless and nicely appointed, better than I'd hoped for. Breakfast was amazing with tons of delicious fresh choices to pick from. Every staff member I talked to was friendly and really went out of their way to help me. I asked for some extra bath items and they brought them right away without any fuss. The pool area looked like a hit with other visitors and families, though I didn't get in myself. I also want to mention the assistant manager who made my stay extra special with his thoughtfulness and professionalism. The whole experience left me really satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Trident Jaipur clearly keeps up with the excellent standards the brand is known for. If you're heading to Jaipur, I'd definitely suggest staying here.
