Everything costs more than it should with questionable additional charges. The price displayed on the app isn't actually what you end up paying because fees get added and vary between the app and what the restaurant shows.
Placed an order with them last year and the delivery never made it to the right spot. Flash forward to this year and without placing any new orders, someone charged over two hundred dollars in delivery fees to my card. I'm working with my bank to sort this out now. Thank goodness they caught it.
Save yourself the trouble and skip this service. Our delivery person showed up with a completely different order. When we reached out to customer support, they shut down the chat because the restaurant wasn't open anymore. By then we couldn't order anywhere else. We're done with them.
Way too pricey for deliveries, plus the customer service is abysmal. They disabled my account without warning, then wanted personal information. Once I provided it, they asked what my last order was and how much it cost. How am I supposed to remember what I bought for lunch months ago? Call placed at four twenty-six in the afternoon with expected arrival around five nineteen. Food finally got here at five fifty-five. We tried reaching out to customer service but the text they sent had no contact details. Only got a phone number when we got the delivery confirmation email, except the food still wasn't here at that point. This same issue has happened twice to us with this company. We're done. Your customer service is basically impossible to reach. We even called the restaurant separately and the workers confirmed the driver took forever to show up both times. If I could leave a zero-star review I would have done it a hundred times over just to show how angry we are. You've lost us as repeat customers. We're serious about that.

They've got some great restaurant options which made me excited to try them. Problem is their actual logistics are a mess. Out of maybe five orders, I've had two major problems. Drivers disappear without showing up and sometimes the app glitches and either loses your order or says it didn't go through when it actually did.
Quality varies wildly and honestly it's not worth the hassle. I've dealt with multiple situations where I'm given a specific delivery window but the driver takes forever to even pick up the order. Once the driver has the food, they seem to go the wrong way entirely. I've watched a driver pass right by my street to drop off somewhere else that's several miles away before finally coming back with my order. It's puzzling why they'd do this. The food shows up cold almost every time because of their terrible routing system.
