T.U.K. Footwear Reviews
What Shoppers Say About T.U.K. Footwear
T.U.K. Footwear receives predominantly negative feedback, with most shoppers reporting serious issues with product quality, customer service, and order fulfillment. Common complaints include material misrepresentation (products advertised as genuine leather arriving as synthetic plastic), non-responsive customer support across email and phone channels, and undelivered orders with no tracking assistance. Several reviewers note the company's service has declined significantly over time, with long-time customers expressing disappointment after years of loyalty.
A small number of positive reviews praise the comfort and appearance of T.U.K. shoes themselves and highlight individual staff members who provided exceptional service. However, these isolated positive experiences are vastly outweighed by concerns about honesty in product descriptions, order management failures, and an apparent inability or unwillingness to resolve customer issues.

Sorted by: Most recentTotal ripoff. Their website listed the Kitty Boots as black leather, and the packaging said the same thing. I spent over 120 euros and got plastic shoes instead. The quality is basically cheap synthetic leather, nothing close to genuine. The smell is all plastic. This is dishonest marketing and straight up scamming. Don't waste your money.
Long time customer here since 2016, and the company's gone downhill. My recent December order got messed up and getting them to actually fix it was impossible. Over the years I've bought from T.U.K. directly, then their outlet, and most recently the outlet again. I've reached out through email multiple times with no real help. I've been loyal because these shoes took me back to the ones I wore as a younger person - the style just resonated with me. I even rocked a pair to my daughter's wedding because they're that cool. My nephews would notice the skull designs on my kicks and know I was around the property. Was the kind of uncle everyone wanted to be. At this point I'm not sure I'll ever order from them again. The customer service just isn't there anymore.
Don't order from T.U.K. Australia - it's a scam operation. My boots never arrived, and both the shipping company and the retailer ignore all my messages. The package tracking mysteriously becomes unavailable after a while.
Watch out - the T.U.K. Australia site is a fraudulent operation. You won't actually get the shoes you order.
This company has zero customer service anymore. My boots didn't get delivered and I've sent multiple messages with no responses. Their phone line doesn't work either. Really bummed because this place used to be reliable.
The staff member Jackie went above and beyond to make my whole purchase go smoothly. Beyond that, Tuks themselves are an awesome comfortable shoe for what they cost. Plus they look fantastic.
My order showed up when they said it would and I'm really satisfied with my creeper sneakers. Everything's working out great so far. I saw tons of negative feedback before I ordered which honestly had me worried, but what I received is worth what I spent. Appreciate it.
Dishonest business that won't back up their size guide or swap shoes that don't fit. If you're in Europe, order from their EU or UK site because their return policy isn't free on other versions, which is sketchy when their sizing info is obviously wrong. Their guide told me to get a US 5 when I'm actually a US 8. The website didn't make it clear which region I was buying from, so things got confused. A decent company would at least direct you to the right site depending on your location. Paid 140 euros total and got zero refund. When I offered to send the wrong size back, they wanted me to cover shipping to America. I'd already dropped 60 euros on international fees and shipping on top of the actual shoes, so paying that again didn't make sense. Refused the deal and now I've got unused T.U.K. shoes sitting in a box at home. The fact that they wouldn't even work with their own UK branch is ridiculous. Nobody thinks about the environmental impact anymore, clearly.
I've bought four pairs of T.U.K. heels from them - three different designs plus one style in an extra color (A7995L, A8009L, and A8051L/A8052L). Walking in these is basically impossible. All my pairs are size 9, but two of the styles fit way too tight while the other is loose. The lack of arch support in any of them makes wearing them painful. I didn't bother with a return since switching sizes wouldn't actually solve the core issues. Construction-wise they look solid enough, but even after years of barely wearing them, they haven't loosened up one bit. They're still stiff and cause blisters like they did when I first got them. Pretty to look at, absolutely. Comfortable to wear, not at all. This company markets decorative pieces, not shoes that anyone could actually use. I'd skip this brand.
