Hands down the WORST scooter brand I've ever bought. At first, my X7 Max worked fine for getting around campus, no complaints. Then it needed repairs like any equipment does. Fixing the inner tube wasn't so bad. But PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER was absolutely terrible. The whole process was incredibly frustrating and exhausting. The instruction videos didn't show most of the problems I ran into, so I had to figure out way too much myself. The real issue is how poorly designed the tire system is. I've spent a ton of money trying to fix just the front tire and nothing has worked. I've been fighting with this scooter for months now. This is my warning to anyone thinking about buying from them: do NOT do it unless you enjoy suffering. I'm still not done dealing with it.
