There's never anything new or worth watching. And get this, they tried charging me 21.95 just to cancel. I've never heard of that before.
Tried to stop my free trial before it renewed but the process is so confusing I'm not sure if it actually went through. Now I can't log back in even though my trial period hasn't ended yet. Plus I never got any email confirming that my account was canceled.
The streaming quality is good but it doesn't integrate well with my Sony or Google TV. It's the only streaming service on this TV that makes me sign in every single time I use it, which gets annoying quick.
You can't actually cancel this subscription. The cancellation process doesn't work. I get stuck on the confirm cancellation screen and no matter how many times I click the button it does nothing. I tried on three different browsers, on both my phone and computer, and nothing works. It's fraudulent. Warning to everyone: do not sign up for Apple TV.
Canceling a subscription with this company is a nightmare. They seem to intentionally make the process take forever, banking on you giving up before you actually manage to get it done. It feels like a scam to me. I guess being Apple means they can pull this stuff and nobody cares.
I found an Apple charge that I never authorized. Apple claims it's a subscription but I never turned anything on. The real problem is I can't even log into my account because it keeps asking for the card security code, then my phone number, and then it just errors out. I called Apple support and all they said was to cancel the subscription. They wouldn't help delete my account and told me I had to do it myself, except I can't access it. This is ridiculous for a company this big. People should have the right to cancel services and delete their accounts but instead Apple wastes everyone's time.
Stay away from this service. Yeah there are a few decent things to watch but trying to cancel is basically impossible. You have to deal with forced logins and endless security checks that have you going in circles entering codes from emails and texts. You might eventually get to the page you need but it's probably just going to send you back through the same annoying process again.
Apple TV in this region doesn't work because of login issues even though I'm a Mac user with updated browsers. But honestly it's useless because the content is just bad. The programming is mostly terrible and offensively sexist. I've given it two months and the subscription fee isn't cheap at all. All the decent movies are pay per view and the subscription just has awful shows or horrible films. Other streaming services at least throw in a few free decent movies. Once my subscription ends I'm canceling. The only good things I've watched are a couple of titles, everything else is worthless.

I had an account from like 18 years back. I reset the password fine. But now the site won't accept any of my credit cards, and I've tried cards from different banks. Getting support is a hassle too. The only way to reach them is calling. No live chat or contact form. These big companies all make it impossible to get help anyway. Today the website isn't even loading properly. I'm not exaggerating, Apple's website just won't load. I'm tech-savvy enough to grab screenshots of the errors. Apple should be embarrassed. I'm not going to call them. I'll just use Netflix which actually works fine.
