What Shoppers Say About TWILLORY
Twillory has a serious reputation problem among shoppers, with the vast majority reporting significant issues. The most consistent complaints involve poor customer service (lack of phone support, slow email responses, unresponsive staff), difficult and costly return processes, and quality control problems including improper sizing, pilling, defective stitching, and products that don't match their descriptions. Multiple reviewers noted they paid to ship returns that then languished without updates. A small number of satisfied customers praise the material quality, comfort, and fit of individual items like pants and shirts, along with noting good stretch and soft fabric, but these positives are overwhelmed by the service failures and product inconsistencies reported by others.
The overall experience appears to suffer from a disconnect between the quality of the clothing itself and the company's inability to stand behind it. Even when products are well-made, issues like sizing miscommunication and refusal to accept returns on tried-on items create friction. Shoppers express frustration at being attracted by social media advertising only to encounter problems they feel weren't worth the hassle, particularly given the lack of accessible customer support channels.

Sorted by: Most recentIf I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Heads up to everyone thinking about buying here. Got two jackets shipped on the same order including my return item. Everything was wrong - the size was off, the product wasn't right. This whole place is a disaster. Stay far away.
This sport coat runs pretty small. The material and construction are actually nice and it has a good stretch to it, but their customer service didn't back it up at all. They wouldn't take it back after I tried it on since they said that counts as worn. But honestly the shoulders, arms and chest were just too tight even with that stretch. Since it was too small I ended up having to leave without it. When I went to swap it for a bigger size they said no because more than 60 days had passed, even though it literally just sat in my closet. Their reasoning was it had been worn, which technically was true but only for trying it on in the first place to see if it even worked. Support was disappointing and the reviews now just confirm what a bad move this was. I even sent in pictures proving the condition. That's just poor business management when word of mouth travels. If their support had been better I would've told everyone I know in security and law enforcement about these jackets. Don't expect them to stand behind what they sell.
Getting stuff back to this company is such a headache. No phone support at all, just email, and you end up paying to ship things back. My return got there about a month ago but it's still sitting there pending without any updates from them. The actual shirts themselves are pretty nice, but dealing with them isn't worth the trouble. Not coming back for another purchase.
I bought one of their suits and after I washed it the bottom edge of the jacket started rolling and pilling up. When I looked closer the stitching at the bottom was messed up, clearly something that came from the factory that way. I tried contacting them through their website but never heard back. Went to one of their locations in person and they basically said it's not their problem because that's just their policy. Spend your money somewhere else.
I was coming from another brand that worked fine for me when I started seeing their ads pop up everywhere on social media. Figured I'd give them a try but it didn't go well. The reviews here really nailed it, their support team is pretty bad. They labeled some items as final sale that weren't when I bought them, plus the shirts themselves just aren't good quality. Pure cotton at that percentage will definitely wrinkle and doesn't breathe much or have any give to it. I ordered one black and one white shirt but they sent me two black ones instead and said it was my fault. There's zero chance they'll refund me, so now I get to pay to ship them back and dispute it with my credit card company. These might work to clean my car but I'm not risking my paint job.
Got myself a pair of their five pocket pants and I'm really impressed. They look great and feel incredibly comfortable on. The fit is spot on, they've got nice stretch in them, and the material itself feels smooth and soft. Plus their support team was fantastic. I had something super small that bugged me on my first order (nothing I was stressed about) and they actually reached out to me on their own and made absolutely sure everything was taken care of. I'm definitely grabbing more of these pants and thinking about trying their jeans too. Really appreciate what they did!
You're only allowed to do one exchange or return before they start charging you. This limitation is definitely not clear anywhere on the website.
Fair warning, their return and exchange system will cost you 15 bucks. My husband bought two pairs of pants in the same style and size but different colors. The black fit great, but the khaki was way too tight at the waist and he couldn't even button them. Maybe it was a quality issue from them but we gave them a shot ordering the next size up instead, which ended up too big. I tried to do an exchange on their website and it wouldn't let me complete one. So I sent an email explaining we wanted a different size and they told me I'd need to pay for a 15 dollar return label, then buy new ones. They don't have physical stores so you're stuck dealing with everything online and there's no other choice. The company doesn't seem to care much about keeping customers happy. When I pointed out we just wanted to exchange it and mentioned after multiple back and forths whether 15 dollars was really worth losing a customer and getting a bad review, their answer was basically too bad. I paid the 15 for the label and that was the last time I'll ever shop with them.
The return process here is absolutely terrible. They said certain items couldn't be refunded because they were final sale, but they weren't final sale when I placed my order and aren't final sale anymore either, just magically were when I wanted to return them. For the returns they did take, they claim they issued refunds but it's been a month and the money never showed up. I've tried reaching out twice and got no response. Stay away from this company.
