What Shoppers Say About TWILLORY
Twillory has a serious reputation problem among shoppers, with the vast majority reporting significant issues. The most consistent complaints involve poor customer service (lack of phone support, slow email responses, unresponsive staff), difficult and costly return processes, and quality control problems including improper sizing, pilling, defective stitching, and products that don't match their descriptions. Multiple reviewers noted they paid to ship returns that then languished without updates. A small number of satisfied customers praise the material quality, comfort, and fit of individual items like pants and shirts, along with noting good stretch and soft fabric, but these positives are overwhelmed by the service failures and product inconsistencies reported by others.
The overall experience appears to suffer from a disconnect between the quality of the clothing itself and the company's inability to stand behind it. Even when products are well-made, issues like sizing miscommunication and refusal to accept returns on tried-on items create friction. Shoppers express frustration at being attracted by social media advertising only to encounter problems they feel weren't worth the hassle, particularly given the lack of accessible customer support channels.

Sorted by: Most recentShould've checked the reviews before I ordered. Bought 3 different shirts in various sizes so I could keep what fit right and send back the rest. I looked over their return policy and it said you could return anything within 30 days no problem. Once I asked to return the ones that weren't my size though, they told me no because those were marked final sale. How does that even make sense? I'm ordering from an online store and can't return something just because it doesn't fit?
Took almost 4 days just to get my order shipped out. Sent a message asking why the wait was so long but got zero response.
Hands down the worst clothing quality I've ever bought online, seriously worse than what you'd find at big discount stores. I needed a suit for a wedding and ordered one. The pants showed up but no jacket. I spent 10 days going back and forth with their useless support team. Now I'm stuck scrambling to hit the mall to grab a suit for a wedding that's happening tomorrow. Skip this company entirely. If you want something similar, just check out the thrift store instead.
Skip this place. Their website says free returns and exchanges but when I asked about returning something they hit me with the final sale excuse. If this happened to one person I wouldn't mind since mistakes occur, but I started reading through all the reviews and tons of people have dealt with this exact same problem. They clearly know about it and just won't do anything to fix it apparently!
Their website claims you get free returns in 30 days, so when I needed to send back something that was too tight I expected that to apply. Instead they told me it would be 15 dollars. Kind of disappointing they won't just cover that cost to keep a customer around, seems like the company doesn't really value keeping people happy. On top of that one of the pants I got had a zipper that snapped the very first time I wore them, so the build quality isn't great overall.
I've spent good money with this company several times but recently had to send something back and follow up on a partial delivery. The email updates completely stopped coming through and their Help email address is the only way to reach them. It's been two weeks and still nothing back from them. The clothing itself is solid, but I can't tell anyone to shop here when their support is this bad.
Their customer service is terrible and the shipping speed is painfully slow. I really can't recommend them because of how bad my experience was, they'll take your payment right away but then everything else moves at a crawl like getting your order shipped, getting it delivered, even just getting answers from them. Not going back. Maybe some people have better luck but I'm done with them.
TL;DR - dropped 400 dollars and got spammed with promotions instead of answers, still couldn't process my simple 4 item order after a week. Missed their promised ship date and I had to bug them for a status update. Finally heard back after two days and way too many marketing emails with zero actual help, just to hear that 48 more business hours had to pass before they'd even figure out what happened. A full week in and they still couldn't find my stuff in the warehouse so I asked them to cancel. Took another couple business days for them to realize my package had been sitting with the carrier since I first asked where it was. They were really slow and scattered compared to basically every other online clothing company I know. When I pointed it out they actually blamed us customers saying they've had more emails than usual. That's not really how you should treat paying customers.
I usually break out in a rash on my neck from regular permanent press shirts, so I was really happy when I found out Twillory skips the formaldehyde in theirs. Whatever they do instead works great and keeps the wrinkle resistance going. I haven't had any skin reactions from wearing them. Definitely ordering again.
