These people send 2 to 3 emails every single day. Whoever runs their email marketing needs to dial it back significantly. I've unsubscribed multiple times but it doesn't stop. This constant barrage has pretty much killed any interest I had in shopping there.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews I see. They're pricey but you really do get what you pay for. I love that they offer inclusive sizing for everyone. They have good sales if you're patient about buying. I'm obsessed with their tee rex t-shirts, their jeans fit great, and even their dresses work for me when I normally hate wearing dresses. The quality is seriously impressive. Keep it up, US!

This dress was terrible and fit like a tube sock. Of course it wasn't returnable through their site. I donated it months ago. Then I get a snarky email today responding to my review, offering to help me with sizing in the future. The sizing wasn't the issue, the design was garbage. After waiting months for them to even respond, their tone was condescending. I spent 20 years in retail and know what size fits me. The problem wasn't sizing, it was how they designed the dress and their refusal to stand behind what they sell.

I've ordered their surprise boxes before with decent results, but this recent 3 piece box was awful. I got a horrible gold sweater, a puffy ruffled skirt that was 4 sizes too large, and a green drape dress that's also way too big. I've been shopping with them for years without sizing issues, so I don't know what changed. Everything in this box is going straight to the donation pile. The surprise box used to have better styles.

I would rate lower if I could! I ordered jeans and was thrilled until they arrived in the completely wrong size. Customer service told me no problem, here's a link to exchange. My size was out of stock. They kept saying we'll restock tomorrow, but the website never changed. I checked their site 10 times a day for 3 weeks with no luck. When I followed up with customer service they vanished. I can't wear these jeans and can't even give them away because they're too big. This company should be shut down for lying and abandoning customers. Never offered me a refund. Stay away from these crooks.

This company sent me the wrong color and then claimed it was final sale without any warning. I ordered charcoal pants but got dark green instead, and I even sent them a photo. They responded with some cheerful message insisting I had the right color, which I didn't. On top of that, they won't let me return another shirt because apparently everything in their year-end sale was final sale, which was never shown anywhere. The quality of the clothing itself is nice, but I've had multiple issues with them and their responses are either dishonest or completely incompetent. Stay away.

Same dishonest situation two years running. Nothing in my cart said final sale when I shopped, when I checked out, or in my confirmation emails.
