This company doesn't deserve even a single star. Woman Concept is running a scam operation. I never got my order or my money back.

Don't shop on this site. Their return system doesn't function properly. Your orders don't appear in your account so you can't start a return request and their customer support just ignores your messages. I'm stuck with a really bad quality bag that cost 300 dollars.

Really let down by the boots I got from here. I wore them just twice and the stitching started falling apart. When I reached out to customer service with pictures showing the shoes were barely worn, they weren't helpful at all. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just hoping they'd repair them. A good company should back up the quality of what it sells.

I'm knocking off a star because I've read some concerning things about their return process online and wanted to be fair in my assessment. The shirt itself turned out to be quite good and worth what I paid. The fabric is thick and the stitching is solid and looks like it'll last. One weird thing though is the neckline area, where the seams are really poorly done and have loose threads hanging. That's why I'm removing another star. Still pretty happy with my purchase though. Everything showed up when it should have, and aside from that one flaw around the neck, the quality is solid. The neckline issue isn't really noticeable unless you're really looking at the seams closely.

It's been over six weeks since I sent back my item and I still haven't gotten my refund. I was ready to become a regular after a good purchase before this, but now I'm nervous about ordering anything from this company again.

I'm really upset with my purchase from W Concept USA. I spent 165 dollars on a trench skirt and it arrived in terrible condition. The fabric is thin and cheap feeling, the fit is completely wrong, and honestly it looks nothing like the pictures on their site. It's actually ugly. Their return policy makes it even worse. They won't take returns after just 7 days, which is unreasonable when you're ordering internationally and need time to try things on properly. I feel like I threw my money away on this one. I'm telling everyone I know to be really careful before buying from W Concept USA. You'll probably regret it.

This is a complete scam. The sizing is misleading because the product photos are taken from specific angles that don't show reality. Customer service is basically unavailable. And here's the kicker: when you want to return something, they charge you the full retail price even though you bought it on sale. So if you paid 70 dollars for something that normally costs 100, they ask for the full 100 back. On top of that, they charge 24 dollars per return. That means a 70 dollar purchase would only get you 16 dollars back at most, and you're still paying to ship it back out of your own pocket. Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM W CONCEPTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I'd strongly advise staying away from w concept. I bought a tote bag and when it showed up, I couldn't believe how cheap it felt. Getting a return label cost me money, then they took forever to send my refund. When it finally came through, I got back less than half of what I originally spent on the bag. I put down 60 bucks and ended up with nothing but a frustrating experience. I contacted their customer service team but they basically brushed me off, saying they'd pass along my feedback and that exchange rates might explain the refund amount, but essentially told me tough luck. I'm really upset about being charged good money for a low quality product with zero way to make it right. Reaching out to them just made me feel even worse about the whole thing. It honestly feels like a coin flip whether you'll get a decent item or watch your money disappear.

Fantastic experience overall. I placed an order for a bag on a Sunday night and was amazed when it arrived in the UK from Seoul within seven days. Really impressed with how smoothly everything went and I absolutely love my new bag. Definitely plan on shopping with you guys again :)

The returns system isn't even working properly so your money is basically gone if you need to return anything. They won't answer your emails either. And the sizing ran incredibly small.
