Don't shop on this site. Their return system doesn't function properly. Your orders don't appear in your account so you can't start a return request and their customer support just ignores your messages. I'm stuck with a really bad quality bag that cost 300 dollars.

This is a complete scam. The sizing is misleading because the product photos are taken from specific angles that don't show reality. Customer service is basically unavailable. And here's the kicker: when you want to return something, they charge you the full retail price even though you bought it on sale. So if you paid 70 dollars for something that normally costs 100, they ask for the full 100 back. On top of that, they charge 24 dollars per return. That means a 70 dollar purchase would only get you 16 dollars back at most, and you're still paying to ship it back out of your own pocket. Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM W CONCEPTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
