Used to be solid editing software back when it was under different ownership, but the new developer team has made everything worse. The program hasn't improved, just introduced more bugs and performance issues that make editing harder. Every other online tool out there can handle background removal, yet they're calling their version AI something or other without actually delivering anything useful. The whole development team seems incapable of basic improvements. Don't bother with this company or their products.

This ranks among the worst editing programs out there. Whether you're running it on a basic setup or a high end machine, it crashes for no reason at all. This software wasn't built for creators, it was designed to make money for big corporations who don't actually care about helping creators do their work. Skip it entirely. I've spent twelve years with this program and only recently realized how much time I wasted learning it when there are so many better alternatives available. It's honestly a waste of your energy.

Purchased this software back in spring 2023 and had problems right from the start. A support rep named Neal was helpful and managed to get things working within a week or so. I was able to use it starting in June but then stopped. Fast forward three months and the same problem popped up again. I can't upload any videos, which makes the whole thing pointless. It's been a full month since I reached out to support and still haven't heard back. Won't be using this anymore.
