The quality at Veronica Beard has really dropped. The designs are still beautiful, but the construction is falling apart. I bought a denim dress for six hundred dollars in the fall, and after wearing it once the back seam just split open. Then I got a trench coat for nine hundred and I couldn't believe what I saw when it arrived. The button holes had loose strings hanging everywhere and looked totally frayed. This shouldn't have made it past any quality check. I've seen better construction on forty dollar coats at department stores. Most of their stuff is made in China too, which is wild for the prices they charge. They act like it's Italian designer quality but it's manufactured overseas. They've got to be making incredible profit margins.

Really frustrated with how they handle returns and exchanges. I've been trying to get ahold of someone about swapping an item, but my emails go unanswered. My return package was delivered, I can confirm it arrived, yet I haven't heard back. At this point I'd rather just get my money refunded and move on. It's disappointing because I actually think their designs are great, but the service is killing any desire to shop with them.

Got a shirt and pants set as a Christmas gift from my mom but the sizes were too small. I asked about exchanging them for the right size and they said no because we were outside of a twenty one day window. It's the holidays, people. Come on.

I initially found this brand through another retailer and loved a jacket so much I went straight to the website. The size was too big, so I ordered a smaller one, but it still didn't fit right. I sent it back asking for a refund. They charged me thirty five pounds just for return shipping, which was shocking because I didn't even realize the item was coming from overseas and that I'd have to pay to send it back. They've had the jacket for weeks now and haven't refunded me. I've sent three separate emails and only got a generic response saying my issue was being sent to their Canada team. Why would they do that when I'm in Europe? Since then, complete silence. It's really concerning when a company just stops communicating with you while holding hundreds of pounds of your money.

I own one of their pieces that I absolutely adore, but both sleeves have started fraying at the seams in identical spots, making it impossible to wear. When I reached out to them about it, they kept going back and forth in emails before suggesting I just take it to a tailor. I already tried that. None of the local tailors I contacted can fix it because it's clearly a manufacturing problem. For the amount you're charging, you should stand behind your products. This is a design flaw, and you should want to make it right. I'm done shopping with you.

They won't answer emails or pick up their phones. I've been trying to reach customer service for days straight and keep getting nowhere.
