The actual products work well, but I'm really disappointed with how they're packaged. The bottle caps on their hair care line are cheap feeling and don't work right. Some of them won't open far enough to let the product come out. When I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement cap for my hair product, they told me to take it back to the store where I bought it. That doesn't make sense because I purchased it online, not in person at any physical location. The cap itself isn't broken, it's just defective right out of the box. That's a manufacturing issue, not a store issue. I'd think they'd get complaints about these caps regularly, and I'm probably not the only person dealing with this. It's frustrating that they haven't done anything to fix this problem.
