Sorted by: Most recentI have to warn people about this company. I placed a big order for around $850 and needed to return or swap out several pieces. I've been trying to reach their customer service team through email for over a week and haven't gotten a single response back. To make matters worse, their return system online is saying items I bought aren't returnable for a refund, only store credit, which doesn't match what I agreed to. I paid full price for everything and would never knowingly purchase final sale items. There's no way to call them, emails go unanswered, and when I messaged on Instagram they just told me to wait because they're understaffed. This is a terrible way to handle a customer who spent that much money.
I'm really impressed with this swimwear brand! The designs are super cute and the fits are genuinely flattering on my body. What really sealed the deal for me is that they actually care about the planet - all their swimsuits are made from recycled materials, which feels great. One heads up though: their sizing tends to come in small, so I'd recommend going up a size if you're ordering.
