I'm really disappointed after multiple Vornado products have stopped working on me. A few years back, one of their items broke down and they agreed to reimburse the full cost, but the check they sent was for less than what I paid. I tried calling to ask about the difference but never got a response. Now my VFAN Sr. has completely died from normal everyday use, and the motor is completely shot. When I called Vornado to see what they could do, they explained that due to ownership changes years ago, they don't honor the warranties anymore even though that was a big part of why I trusted them in the first place. They also told me they're out of motors and can't send one my way, so there's basically no way to fix this thing. After just a couple of years, I've dealt with two broken Vornado products with zero help from the company. It's pretty clear Vornado isn't what it used to be. The customer service and warranty protection they were famous for just isn't there anymore. I've been buying their stuff for a long time, but I'm done now. I won't be purchasing from them again and I can't suggest them to anyone who wants products that last and come with real support.

I've bought from Vornado twice and both times have been great. I picked up a fan space heater for my elderly mom and she absolutely loved it, way more than she expected. Interestingly enough, I think one of my sisters borrowed it at some point and never gave it back. I also got one of their retro style table fans for our vintage trailer and it's ended up becoming a permanent fixture in my bedroom instead. It runs all summer long, has different speed settings, and stays really quiet on the lower speeds. Since I have mobility issues and spend a fair amount of time lying down, having this gentle breeze in a nice looking package has been perfect. The thing just keeps working no matter what.

These fans are built really well and the support team is top notch. I'm definitely planning to buy from them again.

I got a defective unit so I filed for a replacement. I uploaded photos through their portal like they asked, cut the cord, and mailed it to the address they gave me. Then nothing. I followed up and they claimed they never saw the photos and didn't get my package. I didn't do anything wrong, but I'm stuck without the steamer and nobody at their company can figure out how to help. The whole claims process and customer service is a nightmare.

Absolutely stellar. Their products are fantastic and they stand behind what they sell with solid warranties. They've always made things right for me whenever I've needed them to.

The fan itself is really nice, but I was let down by how the company handled things when I reached out to them. I expected better service from a brand that charges premium prices, but instead I got no effort to actually help and didn't feel like they cared at all.

Got one of these fans for my bedroom and it's been a game changer for sleep. We wanted something that would move a lot of air around so we wouldn't have to crank the whole house AC down super low just for sleeping. This thing really moves air and it's cold and feels amazing. If you're someone who likes to sleep cool, this is definitely worth the price.
