It's been five days since I laid out my concerns publicly with a deadline of May 12 for them to respond about the major issues affecting creators. They haven't said anything. No response, no updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. This is exactly what I said in my original review: Vyond doesn't care about the creators who depend on them. They cut the basic plan, shortened how long videos can be, restricted downloads, put voice features behind paywalls, removed tons of voices, and won't admit they made mistakes. I gave them one final chance to fix this. They did nothing. This affects everyone trying to build something on the platform. If Vyond doesn't reverse what they did and address our concerns, they're going to lose all of us. You had your shot. Now things are going to escalate.

I really like Vyond. Making explainer videos is quick and simple. One thing that really bugs me is they removed the community feature. It's a shame because now it's way harder to report problems or share feedback with the team.

The free version didn't impress me at all. I tested it by writing prompts like making cartoon pig characters in a specific animation style with different dialogue. The videos came out completely wrong both times.

Had a really bad experience with Vyond. I've been paying for their professional yearly plan for almost two years and used it as part of my freelance business. They reported my work, and now they want me to upgrade to an agency plan. After spending over a thousand dollars with them already, this feels wrong. They changed policies on longtime customers like me without any fair consideration. I'm really upset and can't recommend them to anyone else. It's hard to trust a company that treats people this way. Look into other options like Powtoon or Animaker instead.

I've had a subscription for years and I gotta say, this is the only software I pay for where you get less stuff every year but the cost keeps going up. There's basically no real customer support since everything is automated. Honestly, it's garbage. It's super limited and crashes all the time. Even though I'm paying a ton annually, the available content keeps shrinking, and if you want anything halfway decent, you're dropping more money for less features. I'm definitely canceling my renewal. The worst part is you can't get any actual help unless you find it in their automated system.

Really impressed with this tool. You get tons of pre-made characters and settings that help you jump right in. The animation quality is excellent, and the best part is you can just add your script and have audio created automatically with almost no work. Super satisfied overall.

This is my favorite tool for creating animations fast. The pre-built components give you everything you need to make professional animation videos on basically any subject. I rely on it whenever I need promotional video content.

People rate Vyond way too high. I picked the business style and found out the cartoon characters are just static images. You can't select and move them when they're small. You can't resize them either. Only the modern style works properly because those characters are vector-based.

The actual software is decent enough for what you're paying, but the customer support is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with.

They got rid of the best themes like Comedy World, hiked up all the prices, and eliminated every social media feature that was useful.
